Conor Brankin, CEO
Conor is a co-founder and CEO of Crossvale, Inc., an iBPM firm focused on portal-based process automation and integration with existing Enterprise Application Software and legacy systems. The Co-founders’ vision was to create an organization to maximize the performance of people, processes and technologies for its customers with complex legacy software issues. Conor is a well known systems architect using SOA, B2Bi, BPM and EAI for clients such as the U.S. Air Force, BBVA Compass and The State of Pennsylvania. He has held various software development and implementation positions with Borland, Customware and Alcatel. Conor earned his degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering at the University of Manchester.
Ron Celmer, Director of Strategy and Corporate Development
Ron is a C-Level executive with 10+ years of operating experience. This experience includes being a founder and CFO of a successful start-up telecom business and CEO of a publicly traded NASDAQ company. Ron was a General Partner of Constellation Ventures, a 450 million venture capital fund focused on emerging technologies. In his career, He originated more than 20 private equity investments and served on 17 boards. Ron graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with dual degree in Economics and Psychology.
Jason Sharp, Advisory Board Member
Jason is one of Crossvale's original founders. Jason moved on to pursue other business interests in late 2012, but he maintains an ongoing relationship with Crossvale. He supports the executive management team by ensuring that Crossvale's current practices and tactical planning are aligned with long-standing goals and assists with development of new processes to support a revitalized strategic vision.
Jason received his undergraduate degree in Aerospace Engineering from University of Maryland College Park.
Max Safavi, Advisory Board Member
Max has been an advisor to Crossvale, Inc. since 2012. He is a strategic senior executive with a unique ability to drive businesses to superior performance. He supports the executive management at Crossvale in focusing its capabilities into a solid go to market strategy. Max has over 20 years of senior leadership experience with a successful track in creating enterprise value at global technology companies by expanding sales, executing acquisitions & divestures and disciplined cost management. He received his undergraduate degree from Wharton School of Business and an MBA from University of Chicago and is a CPA.
