Job Title: SCRUM Master

Overview:

The Scrum Master’s primary focus is helping businesses implement technology solutions in a cost-effective way by determining the requirements of a project or program, and communicating them clearly to all stakeholders, facilitators, and partners.

The Scrum Master will solve partner integration problems and requirements by analyzing requirements, recommending data changes and exchanges. Develop technical solutions to business problems, or to advance a company’s sales efforts, begins with defining, analyzing, and documenting requirements; managing requirements at the project level leads to fulfilling business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Agile Development – Knowledge of and ability to utilize formal agile methodologies, disciplines, practices, and techniques for the delivery of new and enhanced applications.
  • Coaching Others – Knowledge of coaching concepts and methods; ability to encourage, motivate, and guide individuals or teams in learning and improving effectiveness.
  • Conflict Management – Understanding of how to anticipate, recognize, and deal effectively with existing or potential conflicts at the individual, group, or situation level; ability to apply this understanding appropriately to diverse situations.

Job Title: Business Analyst

Overview:

  • Prepare solution and process diagrams 
  • Resolve roadblocks to development commitments

Automation Tester - Location USA - remote

Job Title: Automation Tester

Overview:

Crossvale is looking for a passionate and motivated Automation Test Engineer that will be responsible for designing customer-defined systems, developing software projects, testing, and debugging responsive web and mobile applications for the company. 

Responsibilities:

  • Creating test plans and procedures for current backlog items 
  • Discuss and prepare test strategies to validate:  
  • System, functional, regression, performance, load, installation, security, interoperability, stress, boundary 
  • Estimating tasks needed for creating manual tests; and assessing candidates to automate for regression tests 
  • Develop and implement quality assurance methodologies to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards, guidelines, and procedures in a large computer-based organization. 
  • Work closely with developers, professional services team and product managers to define the automated testing components that will be used to validate requirements against developed software. 
  • Run manual and automated tests at various levels including database, service layer execution, and UI screens
  • Mapping tasks and tests to backlog items 
  • Supporting independent User Acceptance Testing 
  • Active participation in Agile Scrum sprint planning, artifact creation, sprint testing, regression testing, demonstrations and retrospectives and solution releases 
  • Assist with creating project resource estimates, metrics to track completion phase, defect reports, defect prevention, development efficiency and quality

 Required Qualifications:

  • The individual must have at least a bachelor’s degree.
  • 3+ years or more related IT experience, with 1 or more years analyzing, designing and implementing integrated testing solutions 
  • Experience testing solutions
  • Familiarity with any of the following is desirable: Java, Selenium, API 
  • Object Oriented Development, Continuous integration, Automated testing,  
  • UML, Process diagrams, Class diagrams, n-tier solutions 
  • Ability to apply test estimation techniques to software development efforts
